The fight song at Richmond Senior High School is an arrangement of the fight song from the University of Michigan entitled "The Victors" (or Hail to the Victors). "The Victors" is a much longer piece of music than the arrangement that Richmond uses and it has a couple of different melodies. Richmond's arrangement of the tune, called "Mr. Touchdown", is taken from the final measures of Michigan's "The Victors". The measures from "The Victors" used in Richmond's fight song are repeated three times with the first and second times being separated from the third repetition by a drum solo.
